Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available for select cities at an additional cost.
Return & Exchange
- We offer a 5-day easy return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns unless defective.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned as per our return policy.
